Technical Writer About the job:

  • They are a key link between external users and the engineering team, tying together many vital but disparate parts of the CureMD ecosystem.
  • As a technical writer, your role involves tasks such as generating high quality content, release notes, internal and external communication, presentations, and conceptual story boards (for videos and applications).

Responsibilities:

  • Language review of the technical documentation for the engineering team.
  • Clearly differentiate between the documentation for technical and non-technical users.
  • Create, update, and review content for the CureMD knowledge base (CureWiki)
  • Collaborate with internal teams to obtain deep understanding of the client work flows, requirements and application features.
  • Produce easy-to-understand user guides, getting started guides, training manuals, online help, video scripts and other material as required.
  • Plan and schedule documentation delivery within tight deadlines.
  • Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer or social sciences, engineering or business.
  • Ability to interact with Subject Matter Experts to gather technical information.
  • Ability to write clearly to communicate complex technical information to non-technical users.
  • Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Familiarity with medical terminology preferred.
  • O/A levels background will be preferred.
  • Functional knowledge of the MS Productivity Suite.
  • Experience in content management systems.
  • Understanding for Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) like “Walk Me”.
