At CureMD, our VoIP Engineers work in collaboration between EDI (CureConnect) and Information Systems. The VoIP Engineering team is responsible for developing automated scripts, providing reusable and reliable VoIP solutions, and troubleshooting any issues in the system. You will ensure that network operations are safe and efficient by monitoring network performance, coordinating planned maintenance, adjusting hardware components and responding to network connectivity issues.

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Information Technology.
- Knowledge of the following technologies: PHP, Linux OS, Linux Administration, AWS, MySQL or MongoDB and Perl.
- Understanding of writing asterisk based solutions and scripts in Perl and PHP to automate system tasks.
- Knowhow of VoIP and VoIP protocols.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Highly organized, flexible and able to work independently.
Preferred qualifications:
- O/A levels background will be preferred.
- Experience in automating workflows, troubleshooting and debugging.
- Knowledge of Telecom Media Protocols (SIP, SS7, Megaco, H323).
- Strong knowledge of system security and firewalls.
