We need Live Chat operators to respond to potential clients' queries pro-actively and generate leads/sales via chat support. Candidate should not hesitate to pick up the phone and follow up with potential leads in an attempt to close a sale. Should have a good typing speed.
Few job responsibilities and required skills include.
- Understanding the client's requirements and providing appropriate solutions in order to add value to their business.
- Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, Chat, email.
- US/ UK Accent will be preferred.
- Willingness to engage in direct sales and customer service calls
- Basic computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft applications as well as web-based applications
- Sales attitude is a must.
- Experience / Knowledge about the Printing & Packaging process would be an added advantage

UK Timings : 3pm to 12am
USA Timings: 5pm to 5am (Multiple shifts in between)
This is NOT a Call Center job and the selected candidate would be required to provided end to end support to his / her clients (From order placement to product delivery) including overseeing Production and Shipping.
Fixed Salary uncapped commission on sales. Company Uber Account provided to Female Employees
