Custom WordPress Developer

We are looking for a skilled WordPress developer to create visually appealing and highly functional websites for our clients. This role requires expertise in both front-end and back-end development, including the customization and implementation of WordPress themes and plugins, site integration, and ongoing security maintenance. The ideal candidate will possess strong front-end programming skills, a keen eye for design, and excellent content management abilities. The primary objective is to deliver user-friendly websites that meet client specifications in terms of both design and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop engaging front-end interfaces to enhance user experience.
- Build and maintain the overall website architecture ensuring stability and scalability.
- Manage back-end components such as database and server integration.
- Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins tailored to specific client requirements.
- Conduct website performance testing to guarantee optimal functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve content and technical issues promptly.
- Provide training sessions to clients for effective WordPress site management.
- Monitor live website performance and implement necessary improvements to maintain quality.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a WordPress developer.
- Hands-on experience with domain management, hosting environments, and website migration processes.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies including CSS3, JavaScript, HTML5, and jQuery.
- Strong knowledge of back-end technologies such as PHP, CodeIgniter, and Laravel frameworks.
- Familiarity with version control systems like GitHub and Bitbucket.
- Experience using debugging tools such as Chrome Inspector and Firebug.
- Solid understanding of website architecture and design principles.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.

This is a full-time position offering a competitive starting salary beginning at Rs70,000 per month.
