We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team at the North Nazimabad office. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, with a strong preference for proficiency in spoken English. This role is particularly suited for individuals with prior call center experience and a good command of Excel. The position involves direct interaction with customers, providing timely and effective support to ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer calls, providing accurate and satisfactory answers to inquiries and concerns.
- Address customer demands based on their specific requirements.
- Manage and de-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers with patience and empathy, ensuring a supportive and professional interaction.
Required Qualifications:
- Education level of Intermediate or Graduate (BA/BCOM).
- Strong verbal communication skills.
