Job Description

  • Answering calls of clients/customers to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services.
  • Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions and ensuring that customer feel supported and valued
  • Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry clients, as needed
  • Work closely with other team members based on trust and reliability
  • Exceptional customer service, active listening, verbal and written communication skills along with professional phone voice
  • Better understanding of company products and services
  • Must be able to handle computer proficiently along with strong typing skills.
  • Good time management skills between calls so that every caller could be addressed without exceptional waiting time
  • Must be fluent in Urdu and English Language
