As a Customer Sales Representative, you will connect with potential customers across the United States to discuss various auto insurance options. Your main responsibility is to qualify these customers for appropriate insurance plans and efficiently transfer calls to licensed insurance agents. Success in this role depends on maintaining high-quality communication, meeting sales targets, and ensuring a smooth handoff process to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate clearly and professionally with U.S. customers regarding different auto insurance plans.
- Establish rapport and provide excellent customer service during every interaction.
- Keep accurate and detailed records of all customer communications.
- Ensure timely and professional transfer of qualified leads to licensed insurance agents.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong English communication skills are essential for this role.
- Availability to work night shifts from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM to align with U.S. customer hours.
