We are hiring Customer Service Officer for our Real Estate Project. Major job responsibilities will include:
- Responding all Inbound calls generated through 360 degree marketing Initiatives
- Pre-sales on leads of Project
- Comprehensive Leads Management & Analytics through CRM Solution oriented queries handling
- Acquisition of prospects data/ Referrals & Cold Calling/Telemarketing
- Retargeting of Leads
- Preferably Pashto speaking would be an added advantage
