We are looking for a confident and customer-oriented Female Customer Service Representative to join our team based in Bahria Town, Lahore. This full-time, on-site position involves managing client communications, providing regular project updates, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the construction process. The successful candidate will be proactive in understanding and addressing client needs while working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain effective communication with clients through calls, messages, and meetings to build and sustain strong relationships.
- Understand client requirements thoroughly and coordinate with various internal departments to facilitate seamless project progress.
- Provide clients with timely and accurate updates regarding the status of their projects.
- Handle client feedback professionally and work towards resolving any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
- Assist in the preparation of quotations, proposals, and other necessary documentation related to client projects.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of all client interactions and follow-up activities to ensure transparency and accountability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Between 1 to 2 years of experience in client servicing or customer relations, preferably within the construction, interior design, or real estate sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present information confidently and professionally.
- Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic work environment.
The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs65,000. The work schedule is Monday through Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and requires the candidate to be present at the office located in Bahria Town, Lahore.
