Customer Service Representative (CSR) for Sales Dispatch & Trucking (US Timings)

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representatives (CSR) specializing in Sales Dispatch and Trucking to join our team working US timings. This position is open to both fresh graduates and experienced professionals. Candidates should hold a graduate degree and possess fluent English communication skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. The ideal candidate will be sharp, smart, and self-driven, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Female employees will be provided with pick and drop services after onboarding. Walk-in interviews will be conducted in the evenings on November 20, 21, 24, and 25 at our office in Johar Town, Lahore.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities by targeting potential clients, brokers, and load sources.
- Support dispatchers by assigning, monitoring, and tracking loads to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Maintain strong customer relationships by providing timely shipment updates and professionally managing inquiries.
- Accurately handle load documentation, including Bills of Lading (BOLs), Proof of Delivery (PODs), rate confirmations, and system entries.
- Collaborate with dispatch teams to align available trucks with profitable loads, optimizing operational margins.

Required Qualifications:
- Graduate degree is mandatory.
- Fluent English communication skills, preferably with UK or US accent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word applications.
- Sharp, smart, and self-motivated personality.
- Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a dynamic sales and dispatch environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience in trucking sales or dispatch sales is highly advantageous.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of U.S. and Canadian trucking lanes, load boards, and logistics operations.
- Familiarity with dispatch or Transportation Management Systems (TMS) is a plus.
- Salary for fresh graduates ranges from PKR 45,000 to 60,000 per month.
- Salary for experienced professionals ranges from PKR 50,000 to 80,000 per month.
- Female employees will receive pick and drop services after joining.
- This is a full-time, in-person role based at our office located in Building Sharp Brains, 17 A, Block A, Phase 1, Johar Town, Lahore.
- Walk-in interviews will be held from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM on November 20, 21, 24, and 25.
