Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls and assist with booking taxi rides
- Dispatch drivers and manage trip schedules efficiently
- Monitor live trips and provide timely updates to both customers and drivers
- Maintain accurate records of calls, trips, and any incidents that occur
- Resolve customer issues professionally and promptly
- Adhere to company procedures to ensure safe and effective dispatching
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in dispatching or customer service is advantageous
- Strong verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English preferred
- Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure
