We are looking for a proactive and confident Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Rawalpindi location. This full-time, on-site role is based at Save Mart, Bahria Phase 2, Rawalpindi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client interactions, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment are essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, ensuring timely follow-up on any pending issues.
- Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate the resolution of customer concerns efficiently.
- Provide empathetic and solution-oriented service to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Ability to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Rawalpindi before starting work.
- Willingness to work in-person at the specified location.
