We are looking for a motivated Client Success Executive to join our team and serve as a crucial link between the support team, physicians, and clients. In this role, you will ensure the smooth management of reporting processes by efficiently handling case routing, promptly addressing issues during shifts, and maintaining clear communication. Your efforts will directly contribute to enhancing service quality and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Manage case routing by considering priority, modality expertise, physician schedules, and case volume to optimize workflow. Provide weekly follow-up reports on any issues encountered during shifts to support physician and client management and improve departmental performance. Handle all incoming calls, emails, and complaints from physicians and clients professionally and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Monitor work-lists using designated software to ensure turnaround time (TAT) requirements are met through proactive management and timely responses. Take full responsibility for daily work-lists and ensure timely delivery of reports, maintaining high-quality standards to meet client expectations. Conduct regular checks on pending tasks, including open tickets, to ensure completion and smooth shift handovers. Collaborate with the technical team to communicate any software issues experienced by clients for swift resolution.
Required Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree from a reputable university is essential. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working with international clients, demonstrating strong customer service skills. Proven leadership ability to effectively lead a team is required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary. Strong multitasking abilities, flexibility, telephone etiquette, time management, organization, attention to detail, scheduling, professionalism, and a focus on quality are critical for success. Accurate typing and data entry skills are expected. General computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, is required.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Knowledge of medical terminology is an advantage. The ability to schedule and register patients quickly and accurately is preferred.
