Customer Support - Client Success Team, Female Callers – (US Campaigns)

We are looking for energetic female callers to join our team for US-based campaigns in Design, Web Development, Customer Support, and Merchandising. This full-time, on-site position offers a valuable opportunity for both fresh graduates and experienced professionals to advance their careers while working night shifts. The role involves direct communication with clients based in the United States, requiring a high level of professionalism and excellent communication skills. Compensation includes a basic salary, performance bonuses, and a travel allowance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls with US clients efficiently
- Deliver professional and courteous customer support at all times
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and a high-quality experience

Required Qualifications:
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
- A positive, confident, and professional demeanor
- Willingness to work night shifts from 7:00 PM to 2:00 AM
- Ability to work on-site, preferably residing in or near Gulshan-e-Iqbal
