Job Description

  • To act as a liaison, for supporting the company’s sales team by providing requisite support and ensuring to work as a team player in achieving the higher customer satisfaction through maintaining excellent service standards.
  • To process queries, resolve any emerging problems that customers might face with accuracy and efficiency.
  • To give customer support by phone and through emails to customers and to coordinate with other departments for follow up.
  • Other work related duties as assigned by supervisor.
