  • Responding promptly to patients & care coordinators inquiries. 
  • Communicating with patients & care coordinators through various channels. 
  • Acknowledging and resolving patients & care coordinators complaints. 
  • Knowing our practice inside and out so that you can answer questions. 
  • Keeping records of patients & care coordinators interactions, comments, and complaints. 
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the patients & care coordinators service process. 
  • Ensure patients & care coordinators satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
