CUTZ BEAUTY INSTRUMENTS is looking to hire a dedicated Manager of Sales & Marketing.
We are an export company based in Sialkot, Pakistan. We are the original equipment manufacturers and worldwide suppliers of all sorts of manicure, pedicure and hairdressing instruments for more than 20 years. As a direct manufacturer, our aim is to offer incredibly high-quality instruments at very competitive Prices with the best delivery timings. We are looking for a candidate who must be having good marketing and sales skills with foresight vision.
- An enthusiastic individual who is ready to take on challenges, meeting timelines and can take the right decision at right time.
- A multi role position in sales where he is responsible for being a key point of contact for all Sales & Marketing Operations related aspects and delivering set objectives/targets.
- Motivated personnel's ability to work alone as well as in a team.
- Solution provider in hard situations, analytical approach to absorb other’s behavior at all levels of operations.
- A minimum of 5years of experience in the same discipline is a mandatory requirement.
- Strong knowledge of surgical and beauty equipment sales.
- He should be well aware of all kinds of materials used in the production systems.
- Should exhibit excellent communication & presentation skills.
- Should be passionate enough to work as an owner of the business.
- Should be willing to learn.
- Strong work ethics and time management skills.
- Generating leads and cold-calling new clients.
- Establishing a new business.
- Maintaining accurate records.
- Reviewing sales performance.
- Negotiating contracts and packages.
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
- Exploring and developing new business opportunities in the local & overseas market.
- Research and explore potential global market.
- Identify, communicate and coordinate with overseas buyers and build business relationship with them.
- To provide global market intelligence and competitor activity reports to the management.
- Negotiate with international buyer and convince & persuade them to execute sales.
- He (or she) will be responsible for effectively communicating project sales offers and following up with clients for deals maturation/healthy relationship management.
