Job Purpose:
- To provide assistance in daily management tasks (tasks will vary according to the business requirements/operations), Business Support enables and supports import, sales activities and contributes to the growth of the business of an organization.
- To operate and optimize business processes, forecasting, create deliverables and respond to client requests and queries
- End to end order process management (i.e. order receipt to shipments)
- Import Documentation
- Generate purchase requisition to foreign principals
- Order verification against quotations
- Order placement to suppliers
- Email/Call correspondence with buyers and suppliers (Local / International)
- Email correspondence with customers related to import order, shipment & delivery details, etc.
- End to end record keeping in software and excel for order process (local / direct)
- Record keeping of purchase orders / direct orders / end user statements
