To organize all marketing activities of the company according to specific goals/objectives, including lead generation, database management, social media accounts management (LinkedIn), website, marketing campaigns and organization of exhibitions/seminars.

Specific duties and responsibilities:

Social Media Management; Create engaging social media posts to connect with CWTC’s target audience. Manage paid campaigns for specific industry & segments on LinkedIn.

Website; Periodically update website with new products and announcements, improving website performance metrics via analytics, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) etc.

Customer Database; Organize and maintain customer database by coordinating with sales & service departments.

 Marketing Campaigns; Develop engaging, easy to understand marketing campaigns for different industries. Analyzing campaign results and improving response rate, CTR etc., to create more leads.

 Market Analysis; analysis of territory/market's potential, industrial trends, areas of growth and specific segments to focus on marketing activities.

 Reporting; generating event reports and summaries for our foreign partners and to present to management on monthly basis/as required.

 Marketing Materials; developing local marketing materials to assist sales/ technical department, maintaining records of key marketing materials. Coordinating with design team to develop new marketing materials and promotional items. Coordinating with external vendors to develop marketing & promotional materials

Events & Seminars; Participating in events and seminars on behalf of company, developing all marketing material for events and coordinating with external vendors for event management.

 Presentations; Develop interactive and creative presentations for internal departments and external customers.

General requirements, Knowledge and skills

Professional Communication;

  • Excellent communication skills are a necessary requirement, both written and verbal. Must have complete command over English language and should possess the ability to understand and translate technical topics into easy to understand language. 

Background & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with at least 2 years’ experience in marketing department.

Skills:

  • Computer Skills, including MS Windows, MS Office Suite, Database management and TeamViewer etc.
  • Graphics designing skills (Adobe Photoshop) and video editing skills are a bonus.
  • Marketing analytics including knowledge of SEOs, LinkedIn, Google Ads etc.,

Salary Range:

Basic Salary: 40,000 plus benefits

(10% increase in basic on years of experience >1)

Preference: 

Must have experience in marketing department/free-lance marketing work, entry-level is not recommended.

Predominantly a desk job so females are preferred
