Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manages Service Engineer's schedule.
- Coordinates with foreign partners for difficult service issues.
- Acts as liaison between clients and company.
- Answers client and customer technical queries & questions.
- Receive complaints & assign to the service engineer, the follow-up to ensure the issue is resolved.
- Addresses and resolves any issues and complaints.
- Reports problems and unresolved issues to relevant managers/directors.
- Writes up reports of client and customer activity or complaints.
- Presents reports to the company director or manager.
- Schedules meetings with prospective and existing clients.
- Preparing quotations for different sales and service personnel, verifying prices, and ensuring quotations are sent.
- Maintaining a list of universities and checking tenders on a regular basis on university websites & PPRA.
- Providing tender lists to BDE/Director to decide whether a quote will be submitted.
- Understanding different government rules, including PPRA rules, Pakistan Customs Tariff, etc.
- Record keeping of Visits, Maintain Services List & BOMS for Key Components.
- Coordination with Branch Managers and Company Directors
Qualifications:
- Qualified Graduate in Biomedical Engineering (fresh / 1-2 years of experience)
- Proficiency in MS- Office, and E-mail.
Skills:
- Good Presentation
- Strong Facilitation & interpersonal skills.
- Excellent People Management skills
- Possesses detailed knowledge of company goals, products, and services.
- Excellent Communication skills, representing calm and polite behaviour especially when dealing with frustrated customers or clients.
