Payroll Technician will assist Payroll Manager to improve the organization’s payroll functions, ensuring pay is processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with government regulations.
Job Descriptions:
- Executes, maintain, and audits timesheet data to ensure completeness of compensations.
- Processing of timely information with accuracy to avoid delay in salaries.
- Must be able to highlight problems in existing systems and suggest improvements.
- Prepare reports relating to pension, holidays and banking from payroll software.
- Must ensure compliance with governing bodies like FBR and HMRC.
- Perform duties as assigned.
- Process payroll & related documents for several clients.
- Supporting the Office team in day-to-day operations related to Payroll.
Skills Required:
- Excellent typing speed with accuracy subject to minimum errors.
- Ability to work on your own initiative with minimum supervision.
- Comfortable working individually and as part of a team, sharing knowledge and improved ideas for the benefit of the company and its staff.
- Hard working and flexible, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Salary Range (Monthly) - 40,000 to 80,000 PKR
