- Coordinate and build strong technical and business relationships with partners/customers.
- Key Responsible for the broadband Nationwide Infrastructure & KPI.
- Assist partners/customers to resolve their services and hardware related issues.
- Manage a team of NOC engineers for day to day operations i.e. 24/7 * 365 Days.
- Involved in planning and deployment of new network equipment in broadband infrastructure along with engineering teams.
- Provisioning and management of new partner’s circuits according to our infrastructure.
- Monitoring and management of Metro Ethernet ring; broadband network equipment’s installed at PoPs and Data Center.
- Diagnosis and escalation of network and system related issues & coordinate with various departments such as Network Engineering, System Engineering, fiber operations team and upstream providers to resolve them.
- Analyze the processes and recommend improvements in operational procedures.
- Maintain and management of smooth operation of broadband billing application, DHCP, SMTP, Radius, entertainment portals servers, cloud hosted VM’s and other resources.
- Meet KPIs of department through efficient utilization of human resource.
- Network monitoring and analyzing through multiple IT management software & monitoring tools.
- Ensure updates in SOP and processes in accordance with the NOC policies and procedures.
- Act as a mentor to team members for technical development of every individual.
