Summary
The prime objective of Field Technician ODN Access is to activate the customer.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete installation of fiber optic equipment and cable laying till the customers premises from the distribution box.
- On the spot complaint handling
- Installation of Access Point (AP), HD Box installation, and laying of RF cable for TV
- Designated area maintenance of last mile optical fiber cable
- Working with GPON technology among others
- Familiar with use of safety equipment and tools.
- To Maintaining toolkits/equipment/test gears etc.
Essential
- Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE) or Intermediate (complete)
- Age bracket below 32 years.
- Familiar with GPON technology
- Ability to satisfy the customer by performing testing and troubleshooting
- Effective response to the service disruption events and ensure timely restoration.
- One to two year experience will be preferred
- Fresh with relevant educational background (capacity will be enhanced) Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Integrity and honesty
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Quick learner and passion for sales
