Overall Scope
The Logistics Officer is responsible for assisting Centralized Logistics Manager at the Head office.
- Required to manage inventory of passive infrastructure material used in the development projects.
- The position will plan and manage logistics, warehouse transportation, optimize and coordinate full order cycle, liaise and negotiate with vendors and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage logistics, warehouse and transportation.
- Optimize and coordinate full order cycle
- Liaise and negotiate with vendors and suppliers.
- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints
- Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
- Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
- Compliant with the relevant laws and regulations.
- Maintains adequate inventory in-store.
- Maintains and report proper consumption report of consumables and devices on monthly basis.
Specifications
- Must be graduate (Metric with Sc.) Or 3Y Diploma Holder in Electrical.
- Should be able to operate computer with MS Office & proficient in MS Excel (above average)
- Must not be more than 28 years of age.
- Active and Smart who is required to be mobile most of the time
- Good family background
- Have high IQ level and vigilant to assume sole responsible for millions of inventory.
- Good family background
- Good written communication skills.
- Good attention to detail.
- Capacity to handle pressure.
