Overall Scope
Summary of the position:
The position will be supporting the corporate sales team by taking care of the daily back end support required by the corporate sales operation.
Key Responsibilities
Description of Responsibilities:
- Coordinates with the internal and external stakeholders to contribute in the successful completion of the sales process.
- Provides facilitation end-to-end deployment of the sales process.
- Facilitates in combined efforts of retaining customers.
- Generates weekly and monthly sales reports
- Collects feedback on achievement of daily sales numbers from the corporate sales team.
- Creates slide presentations where and when required
- Communicates through answering emails and phone calls coming from internal and external stakeholders.
Specifications
- Bachelor or master’s degree with a concentration in sales or marketing.
- One or two year relevant experience in sales coordination.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Fast learner and passion for sales
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Good inter-personal skills
- Good communications skill.
