- Planning and deployment of broadband network infrastructure with the help of application and infrastructure teams.
- Network monitoring and analyzing through multiple Network management software & analytical tools.
- Coordinate and build strong technical and business relationships with partners/customers.
- Assist partners/customers to resolve their services and hardware related issues.
- Involved in planning, designing and deployment of new network equipment in broadband infrastructure along with engineering teams.
- Provisioning and management of new partner’s circuits according to our infrastructure.
- Diagnosis and escalation of network and system related issues & coordinate with various departments such as Network Engineering, System Engineering, fiber operations team and upstream providers to resolve them.
- Analyze the processes and recommend improvements in operational procedures.
- Maintain and management of smooth operation of broadband billing application, DHCP, SMTP, Radius, entertainment portals servers, cloud hosted VM’s and other resources.
- Network monitoring and analyzing through multiple IT management software & monitoring tools.
- To ensure updates in SOP and processes in accordance with the NOC policies and procedures
- Hands-on experience on Firewall like Fortinet, Juniper firewall and Cisco firewall.
- Configuring/Troubleshooting WAN – MPLS, MPLS/VPN, MP-BGP
- Support Data Center Architecture – Network, Server, Storage
Candidate Requirements:
- Should possess good communication skills and leadership traits
- Sound knowledge of running a large broadband network infrastructure.
- Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science / Telecom / Electrical. Relevant certifications like CCNA and CCNP
- Experience: 3 to 5 years
