1 Communicate and interact effectively with Social Media (Facebook, Twitter, etc.)audiences through the private messaging feature.
2 Respond to social media inquiries by investigating internally by formulating responses designed to enhance StormFiber’s image and support its goals.
3 Perform consistently checks of social media forums and alert relevant team members of challenging inquiries that could potentially negatively impact StormFiber’s reputation.
4 Quickly acknowledge social media inquiries and meet established deadlines to achieve prompt resolution.
5 Effectively communicate and provide customer service to every consumer, including consumers who may be demanding or otherwise challenging
6 Coordinate with cross-functional teams to generate effective responses that satisfy customer queries. Stay active on social media to register any mention of StormFiber.
7 Possess high ethical standards to maintain consumer confidentiality when answering all consumer inquiries
