Cyber System (Pvt) Ltd is seeking motivated and detail-oriented AR Executives (Authorization) to join our expanding healthcare services team in Lahore. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and processing insurance authorizations accurately and efficiently to support healthcare providers and insurance companies. You will utilize your strong communication skills and technical proficiency in accounts receivable management, electronic health records, and authorization and billing software, ensuring that all documentation is processed in a timely manner. This position requires a proactive individual who is comfortable working with advanced Excel tools and is open to adopting modern artificial intelligence technologies to enhance workflow and productivity. While this role does not involve managing a team, it provides an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in medical insurance verification and eligibility verification within a dynamic work environment.
As an AR Executive with Cyber System (Pvt) Ltd, you will serve as a key liaison among healthcare providers, insurance payers, and internal teams, ensuring that all authorization requests are validated, processed, and accurately recorded. You will be responsible for maintaining detailed records using MS Excel and internal systems while adhering to company standards and industry regulations. Candidates must be Lahore residents with at least one year of relevant experience and possess excellent spoken English skills. A minimum bachelor's degree is required, along with a strong command of MS Office and familiarity with modern AI tools. The ideal candidate is energetic, proactive, and a quick learner, ready to contribute positively to our team and help improve the authorization process for our healthcare clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage insurance authorization requests from receipt to completion, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational and payer requirements.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with healthcare providers and insurance companies to collect necessary documentation and resolve authorization issues.
- Verify patient eligibility and medical insurance coverage accurately to expedite the authorization process.
- Maintain and update electronic health records and authorization data meticulously in internal systems and Excel spreadsheets.
- Utilize accounts receivable management and authorization software to track authorization status and ensure timely processing.
- Leverage modern artificial intelligence tools to streamline workflow, enhance efficiency, and reduce processing errors.
- Generate reports related to authorization status, approvals, denials, and appeals as required by management.
- Collaborate with internal teams and healthcare clients to improve authorization procedures and client satisfaction.
- Respond promptly to queries from insurance companies and healthcare providers, addressing any discrepancies or additional information requests.
- Stay updated with changes in insurance policies, authorization regulations, and industry practices to ensure compliance at all times.
- Adhere to company policies and maintain confidentiality of patient and organizational information.
- Demonstrate initiative and flexibility in handling varying daily tasks and workload priorities with minimal supervision.
