Cyber System is seeking out candidates for a Call Center/BPO-Business Development Manager position.

This is a direct hire in our Lahore based office, full time opportunity offering competitive pay with great benefits.

Ideal candidates must possess the previous 3 – 5 years of experience in business development or direct Tele sales with USA/CANADIAN clients.

Candidates must have excellent English communication skills.

Job Description:

  • This is an evening shift from 6pm-3am PST.
  • Contact clients in USA through planned support and sales strategy.
  • Plan and carry out direct marketing activities (principally direct mail and cold calls) to generate leads and increase the sales productivity.
  • Respond to and follow up sales inquiries by email and telephone.
  • Plan and carry out direct business development, marketing and sales activities, so as to maintain and develop sales BPO and Call Center Services, in accordance with agreed Sales and Marketing plan(s).
