Currently we are looking for a femal customer support executive who could deliver exceptional customer service to our clients in US for a US Based Medical office.
Candidates with Medical front desk (Inbound) experience with excellent communication are encouraged to apply.
The selected person will be responsible for the following but not limited to:
- Answering inbound video calls with greetings.
- Scheduling patient’s appointments.
- Eligibility Verification. Appointment Reminders.
- Pre-Authorization & Follow ups.
- An excellent salary package, Bonuses and Medical Insurance will be offered to the right candidates as per the skills and expertise.
- Also company will provide paid training to the selected candidates at full pay from the date of joining.
- Requirements: Intermediate/A-levels or Graduation in any field.
- Preference will be given to the experienced candidates.
- Fluent English (Oral and Verbal) Basic knowledge of computer skills (MS Word & Excel) Night Shift (06:00pm to 03:00am)
