Responsibilities:

  • Answering inbound video calls with greetings.
  • Scheduling patient’s appointments.
  • Eligibility Verification.
  • Appointment Reminders.
  • Pre-Authorization & Follow ups.

Requirements:

  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Fluent English (Oral and Verbal)
  • Basic knowledge of computer skills (MS Word & Excel)
  • Preference will be given to the experienced candidates.
