We at are looking for a tenacious, talented and experienced individual, willing to go beyond his boundaries to proactively manage complete Medical Billing including.
- A/R and follow ups.
- Collection, posting and management of patient’s account payments.
- Responsible to supervise daily operations to eliminate the mistakes and errors in follow up/reporting etc.
- Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports and presenting them to the directors with personal suggestions to improve any unprofessional habits or behavior.
- Timely Submission of claims to insurance.
- Prepare and review patient statements.
- Problem list queries and their resolutions.
- Review delinquent accounts and call for collection purposes.
- Maintain strict confidentiality, adheres to all HIPAA guidelines/regulations.
- Supervision of Coding of patient services and entry into computer.
- Sort and file paperwork.
- Ensure healthcare facilities are reimbursed for all procedures.
- Handle information about patient treatment, diagnosis, and related procedures to ensure proper coding.
- Strong ability to analyze with a deep knowledge of billing, medical terminology, Medicaid, etc.
- Follow up to see if a claim is accepted or denied.
- Investigate rejected claim to see why denial was issued and taking appropriate measures.
- Exceptionally good at dealing with customer's queries and complaints with strong power to resolve the problems.
- Investigate insurance fraud and report if found.
- Training of new resources.
- Floor Management
- Any other responsibility as assigned by management.
Key Skill Requirement:
- At least 5 to 7 years of experience in relevant field is must.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- ability to demonstrate and presentation with good interpersonal skills.
- Well versed in different billing software.
- Helpful in implementation of billing software.
Note: This is a night shift.
Salary range: Market competitive salary will be offered along with other benefits as per company policy.
