We are looking for a Medical Biller/Accounts Receivable Specialist with proven relevant experience. The candidate must have good communication skills. The Medical Billing Executive in Cyber System will be responsible for performing the following tasks:
Responsibilities
- Process and manage accounts receivable activities, ensuring timely and accurate billing for healthcare services.
- Utilize Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems to input, review, and verify patient billing information effectively.
- Review insurance claims and coordinate with insurance companies to resolve denied or delayed claims.
- Communicate clearly and professionally in English with patients, healthcare providers, and insurance representatives regarding billing inquiries and payments.
- Maintain accurate records of all billing activities and follow up on outstanding payments to improve cash flow.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare billing regulations and organizational policies.
- Assist in identifying billing discrepancies and work proactively to resolve them in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve billing processes and enhance patient satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit reports related to billing status, account receivables, and payment collections for management review.
- Commit to ongoing professional development to stay current with changes in billing practices and healthcare regulations.
