Cyber System is looking for a dynamic Operations Manager for its call center operations in Evening Shift based in Lahore. The resource should have a proven work experience of 6-8 years in call center /BPO industry working for US/UK clients and should possess excellent communication and leadership skills.Job Title: Operations Manager. Shift: Night 5 PM – 2 AM (Monday to Friday) Location: Lahore. Responsibilities: • Responsible for the team monthly targets and ensure target achievement on a regular basis. • Responsible for the fulfillment of KPIs. Also deliver month targets to associates. • Managed the analysis and implementation of projects. Strategic analysis undertaken and delivered to inform, manage and drive stakeholder expectations. • Responsible for the daily operation, including business objectives, performance and resource management. • Specific responsibilities include staffing and schedule adherence, training, quality assurance, provider schedule template review and protocol development and maintenance. • Significant interaction with internal and external stakeholders and other parties. Requirements: • Proven work experience as an Operations Manager in a BPO environment for US/UK clients.• Extensive knowledge of US/UK BPO industry and best practices. • Experience managing Teams of more than 20 people. • Adequate knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management. • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization • Leadership and organizational skills with people management skill.
