We are looking a Call Center Supervisor for our educational project. The individual will work closely with the Director and Manager to oversee the day to day duties and department responsibilities. .

Responsibilities:

  • Provides oversight of the Call Center Department
  • Identifies trends in complaints and works closely with all Departments and all levels of Management to find viable solutions
  • Takes lead in answering requests to the referral in boxes
  • Works with Call Center Director and Supervisor on internal Quality Assurance
  • Verify work is being properly processed and completed
  • Locate areas of struggle for each agent and provide immediate feedback to management
  • Maintain data and keep a record

Requirements:

  • Graduate in computer science
  • Quick learning attitude
  • Good in English/Urdu Communication
  • Willing to work Rotational shifts Morning & Evening
