Introduction:
CyberVision is looking to hire an experienced and motivated individual for the post of "Communication Lead" for its new project NIC Faisalabad. If you think you have what it takes then we are looking forward to meeting you.
Roles:
• Responsible for the overall marketing and outreach strategy for NIC Faisalabad.
• Identify, cultivate, promote and market incubation services and capabilities to external audiences.
• Promotion of business services and programs, including presentations to relevant business and community groups to promote the awareness and mission of NIC Faisalabad.
• Relationship building with Government, industry, educational, and development sector organizations and serve as a liaison.
• Design, Conduct and Implement Roadshows to ensure public exposure to program offerings.
• Develop, execute, manage and assist branding of incubates by undertaking digital, electronic media, and PR activities.
• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with key community and communications partners.
• Manage and provide direction for communication via the website, social media outlets, print, and other communication tools.
• Monitor, measure, and improve the effectiveness of communication initiatives and provide communications leadership and input for all strategic planning processes with the Director Incubation.
• Collaborate with community volunteers and partners in developing and executing communication strategies.
• Maintain a strong brand for the Alliance, including impactful and fit-for-purpose publications, website, social media, and merchandise.
• Ensure that the Alliance communication outputs are of a high standard, respond to the needs of the target audience, and are delivered within agreed budget and timelines.
• Build on existing and develop new relationships with media, key decision-makers, member organizations, and others.

Requirements:
• Advanced degree in marketing, communications, public health, health policy, or related field
• Minimum four (4) years of experience working in developing countries on program communications
• Experience with USAID reporting requirements
• Demonstrated ability to create and maintain effective working relations with senior government personnel, NGO partners, host country citizens, donor partners, and the NGO/private sector
• Proven success working in a team environment with the program and technical staff on a global, multi-site project
• Demonstrated leadership, versatility, and integrity
• Excellent verbal and written English communication and presentation skills are required
