Perform administrative duties for the CEO,
- Including coordination of work flow, and following up on delegated tasks.
- Schedule and organize meeting as required within function or with vendors / customers; compile material for meeting and arrange meeting facilities.
- Maintain record-keeping system through filtering, retention, storage, updating and destruction.
- Manage and screen telephone calls and handle all incoming and outgoing mails.
- Other duties as delegated or assigned.
