Junior Digital Marketing Manager WFH We are looking to place you as a digital marketing manager with amazing digital marketing agencies/ small businesses in the USA. Dedicated Permanent Full-time Position 40 hours per week. Pay range is RS 55,000 - RS 100,000 Starting. We expect you to be making between 2 Lakh and 5 Lakh in under 2 years at your new position. This role is also work from home.
Creative Writing Experience:
Your English skills are important as you will be writing content for social media posts, blog article writing for websites, engaging with the target audience and writing enticing lead magnets.
Our ideal candidate has an extremely clean accent with perfect spoken and written English grammar.
We also need you to have a solid business blog and social media writing background.
Here are tasks you will be performing on a daily basis:
- Social Media management
- Posting Related Content on our clients social profiles verticals 2-3 times per day
- IG " Instagram
- Engaging with audience on social media channels-
- FB
- IG
- Prospecting in Social Media Groups to attract potential future business / clients - Business Page Social Media Engagement
- Engage on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Facebook Groups 5 days per week.
- Using agreed Target market groups to engage with group audience
- This includes responding to comments, engaging with relevant hashtags, actively engaging with group posts, and sharing relevant content in groups.
- IG FB
- Facebook Group Creation & Management - Developing a Business FaceBook Group and posting content to attract followers and potential future business
- Post content & respond to comments 3x/week.
- Engagement with the audience and goal to acquire new clients ○ Developing managing a Blog with related content and posting on Corporate website to gain SEO and organic searches .
- 1-2 post per month related content .
- Help in developing campaigns on CRMs PipelinePro, HighLevel, Hubspot etc. for Stages of the client flow- But not limited to
- Calendar - New Lead- Follow up campaigns. ○ Email - Text - Phone .
- Developing the Triggers for each campaign .
- Helping in creating the content for all Client Stages campaigns Email- Text SMS - Phone
- Helping with office regarding sales related activity but not limited to
- Confirming appointments
- Following up on Pending files
- Any other tasks that may be needed
● This person must be proficient and have the following skills :
- Google Docs
- Excel
- Word
- WordPress Website Knowledge helpful
- Copywriting Skills - Sales Skills for helping with campaigns
- Customer service skills
- Social media
- Sales and Marketing
- Understanding the english language for proofreading and editing
- Need to be able to use Zoom video to communicate with Management Team
- Entrepreneur Mindset
- To be trained on new platforms
Job Requirements:
- You have to be loud and outgoing for this job
- You have to be willing to work USA business hours
- You have to be willing to work with cameras on, so clients can see you on zoom, skype, etc.
- You have to be willing to sign a minimum 1-year commitment agreement
- This is a work from home position with the following prerequisites: a. Have a 15 MBS minimum internet connection b.
- Have a dedicated and comfortable workspace inside your house with no interruptions c.
- Have a backup power source d. Be able to commute to our office in Islamabad as needed
