Reception Handler

CyberVision is looking to hire an experienced and motivated individual for the post of "Reception Handler" for its new project NIC Faisalabad. If you think you have what it takes then we are looking forward to meeting you!

Roles:

• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate offices.

• Support other teams with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings, responding to emails and preparing documents etc).

• Maintain security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges.

• Perform Event coordination.

• Book meeting rooms as required.

• Notice board management.

• Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders.

• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• Provide administrative support to Admin/HR.

•Guest Sessions

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines and printers)

• Professional attitude and appearance

• Solid written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise

• Excellent organizational skills

• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

• Customer service attitude

• High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
