Close sales leads that directly come through phone, Social Media or email.
- Contact clients to remind them of invoices before they fall due.
- Maintain customer database for accurate information on customers’ records.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Send or email product literature, brochures, catalogs and other campaign material.
- Proactive chasing and robust following up of outstanding installments by phone and emails until paid.
- Maintenance of receivable ledger with respect to age analysis.
- Other duties as delegated or assigned.
