We are looking for a Content Writer to develop contents for our website, procedural documentation, pitch decks, and marketing material. They will be responsible for developing deliverables for clients, that will be mostly in MS Office products, Visio, Adobe Acrobat Pro, etc. Candidate should be able to generate ideas for new type of content and research on industry related topics.
Ultimately, candidate should be able to deliver quality products for clients as their final deliverables, that will be shared with senior executives, and be able to attract our customers and boost company’s brand awareness.
Job Responsibilities:
- Interviews subject matter experts, understand and analyze information to build process and procedural documentation.
- Build contents for website
- Research information security and industry related topics and studies
- Develop marketing copy to promote our products and services
- Maintain file sharing platforms and organize and index documents for easy retrieval.
- Build templates for documentation and client deliverables
- Have completely command and hands on experience on Microsoft Office suite
- Gather technical information from Subject Matter Expert and other secondary sources.
- Create user training documentation.
- Write contents for both technical and non-technical users.
- Create effective animation and graphics on MS Office supplement written content.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT-related field
- 3 years of technical writing experience
- Proficiency in content writing platforms such as Acrobat Pro, Microsoft Office Suite, Photoshop and Visio
- Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to execute tasks in a high-pressure environment, understand the need and effectively prioritize work based on the requirement.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
