Oxygen Business Technologies is hiring for the professionals serve as the links between companies technical support team & end-users/clients, as well perform general administrative tasks that help to ensure the smooth functioning of an organization's ERP systems.
Responsibilities
- Carry out Daily, Weekly & monthly tasks on ERP system
- Generate and present different reports to top management
- Provide technical support to all employees
- Design, plan and execute training on the use of systems
- Install and configure hardware equipment and software programs
- Perform troubleshooting and execute needed repairs
- Identify bugs or technical issues and communicate it to technical team
- Participate in company training sessions & meetings
- Work with other IT professionals to ensure upholding IT standards
Requirements
- Previous working experience as IT coordinator for 1
- Previous experience in help desk support will be an advantage
- In-depth knowledge of a variety of IT systems, databases and applications
- Familiarity with Cloud architecture and Linux is a plus
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
