We are seeking applications for the Call Center Agent post for the Outbound Sales Project. The position's primary duty is to dial outbound calls to customers and offer them the services we sell.

1. Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns

2. Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers

3. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships

4. Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule

5. Document all call information according to SOPs.

6. Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying

Requirements:

1. Excellent Communication Skills in English is Mandatory

2. Good knowledge of MS Office (Word & Excel)

3. Fresh Graduates, Experienced Candidates are also open to apply

4. Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills

5. Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

6. Able to work in Nightshift (8 pm-5 am)

7. Outboundd and Sales Experience is desirable
