We are looking for an Admin & Marketing Assistant to work with a group of experienced consultants and assist with day to day operations of a new business venture. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

On the Administrative side:

  • Invoicing, tracking, recording and chasing up payments.
  • General book keeping, logging / keeping track of expenses (on MS Excel or on an accounting software such as Xero or Quickbooks)
  • VAT return and banking - financial documents management
  • Booking appointments/travel/accommodation where necessary
  • Other administrative tasks as per the requirements of the business

On the Marketing side

  • Web site management and maintenance – uploading content, blogs etc.
  • Social media management (including but not limited to):
  • understanding the key message and products/services of the business and creating social media posts accordingly
  • Connecting with relevant prospects on linkedin and introducing the business
  • Creating and scheduling email marketing campaigns
  • Assist in managing the business developing pipeline, following up with clients and potential clients regularly

You must have/be:

  • Relevant Marketing and administrative experience (at least 4 years).
  • Extremely well organised with the ability to plan workload to achieve deadlines.
  • Very tech-savvy and quick to understand new software/apps/SaaS services etc.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Confident with spreadsheets/numbers.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive self-starter
  • Hands on team player
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Effective at listening to briefs, taking notes accurately and making them happen
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to a broad spectrum of individuals
  • Ability to adapt and develop the role as the business develops
  • Experience of living/studying/working in the UK may be beneficial.

TYPE: This position will start off as a PART TIME ROLE whereby you will be required to work 2 hours per day (10 hours per week) this may gradually increase and may lead to become a full time role.

SALARY: Salary for this positiion will be based on a FULL TIME SALARY of between PKR 60K to 80K per month based on experience and qualifications. This is detailed below:

SALARY FOR 10 hours/week: 15K to 20K per month

SALARY FOR 15 hours/week: 22.5K to 30K per month

SALARY FOR 20 hours/week: 30K to 40K per month

SALARY FOR 30 hours/week: 45K to 60K per month

SALARY FOR 40 hours/week (FULL TIME): 60K to 80K per month

WORKING STRUCTURE: You will primarily work remotely (i.e. from home/your own premisis) provided we are satisfied that you have the resources and ability to do so - you may occassionally be required to visit our office in Islamabad.
