The person will be responsible for the following:-
- Interacting with different credit institutions and banks to develop relations and raise funding
- Assessing and predicting financial risks and returns
- Working on multiple assignments at once and the ability to multitask
- Control cash flows of the project and increase efficiency
- Keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations and laws
- Forecasting financial needs
- Negotiating and structuring financial deals
- Preparation of legal documents in coordination with concerned teams
- Liaising between internal and external stakeholders
We need someone who has:-
- Prior experience of raising capital for projects
- Has strong knowledge of banking rules and regulations
- Has relations with different banks and credit institutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Commercial and business awareness
