Site

·         Be the first & last point of contact for anyone walking in to the space 

·         Greet, meet & direct residents, guests, walk ins etc 

·         Answer queries visitors may have regarding the site 

·         Answer phone calls coming in to the site 

·         Know the policies & protocols for managing problems 

·         Maintain updated recordkeeping for SBU

Community 

·         Assist in creating a welcoming & collaborative community 

·         Manage the bookings calendar for daftarkhwan to ensure no double bookings take place

·         Handle the security & telecommunications system 

·         Assist with events taking place at daftarkhwan 

·         Assist the Community Executive with new residents joining in 

·         Handle inbound & outbound mailing

Operations

·         Conduct active communication with the admin department for inventory & finance 

·         Ensure the space is clean & well kept 

·         Assist operations team in maintaining the highest order of member experience

Business: 

·         Take direction from Community Executive 

·         Meet or exceed company set KPIs 

·         Lead the team to the best of your abilities 

·         Oversee team management processes that include reviews 

·         Support & motivate the team by providing effective and timely feedback and coaching when necessary to drive performance & growth

Skills & Experience 

  •  Demonstrate high levels of integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, and empathy
  • Has experience of managing people 

Persona

·         Age: 20 - 30

·         Position: front desk officer

·         Salary: PKR 25,000 - 35,000

·         Location: i-10/3, Islamabad

·         Education: Bachelors 

·         Experience: a minimum of one year 

·         Personality: friendly, positive attitude, quick decision maker, can control emotions, works under pressure, open to new ideas & people
