Tele-sales marketing requires candidates to complete the following tasks required by Dagmar Agency (Currently employing executives for the marketing of Gatwala Commercial Hub Project under development by Shah Nawaz Associates)
Job timings - 9:30 AM Till 7:00 PM
Job Salary - PKR 30,000 Fixed Salary Per Month + Incentives
Incentives - PKR 5000 Per Sale
- (Normally an agent earns PKR 50,000 per month once the daily targets are achieved along with acquiring incentives)
- Holiday - One weekday assigned (weekends are work days)
- Daily Tasks - Complete the daily targets by finishing the calling list provided by the company.
- Organize daily formatted excel sheets and provide it to your senior team lead by closing time.
- Manage door to door meetings if the company clients are unable to attend meetings on project site - this criteria for male employees only Must be clear in speech and dialogue delivery.
- Fluency in Urdu Language. Bonus for fluency in Punjabi Language but not a necessity.
- Skills required : MS Excel Software. Thorough use of whatsapp. Along with daily improvement in call Centre dialing speed.
- Training - Appointment is made and the candidate is employed after a one month probationary time. Job training is included within this time frame.
- Evaluation is based on the working attitude, job consistency, sharp focus on daily targets and materialising the numbers/leads provided by the company.
