Certificate of completion of HVAC equipment manufacturer maintenance course, Carrier preferred.
- Six (6) years’ experience in maintenance of HVAC equipment, at least three years of which should be in a large (4,000 ton) chilled water facility. This Experience would include documented experience on centrifugal compressors, air handling and filtering systems.
- Familiarity with computer control applications on HVAC systems, Honeywell and/or Allen Bradley PLC experience/training desired.
- Read, write, and speak English fluently. Capable of understanding technical English documentation.
- Ability to climb and work at elevated heights.
- Familiar with all standards safety is a plus;
- Must be possession of a valid home country driver's license, Physically fit and fully capable of obtaining a driver license.
