Minimum requirements:
· The candidate will have to possess demonstrable expertise in logical framework matrixes development, and project monitoring & evaluation, and budget support performance indicators and evaluation. This includes an experience/expertise in developing "nested" (or "interlocking") logframes.
· Project experience in the three focal sectors of the Pakistan Multiannual Indicative Programme, i.e. Rural Development; Education and TVET; Governance, Human Rights and Rule of Law.
· Demonstrable experience of mainstreaming of cross-cutting issues (environment and climate change, rights based approach, persons with disability, indigenous peoples and gender equality, nutrition, fragility, conflict prevention, migration and disaster risk reduction, and of SDG indicators, into logical framework matrixes.
· Some experience in IT secretarial support for the encoding of the logical frameworks in OpSys.
Language skills of the candidate:
· Level C1 expertise in English;
· Working knowledge of a any of the coofitial Pakistani language.
