Overview

The Human Resources Associate will provide administrative support to the regional HR Assistants and the HR team in Islamabad. This position reports to the HR Manager in Islamabad.

Scope of Work

  • Coordinate with the field office and maintain attendance record of both regional and field offices respectively
  • Ensure timely collection and submission of time sheets every month
  • Ensure quality of time sheets before submitting to Islamabad office
  • Maintain and update leave record tracker of the regional and field offices
  • Track and follow up Probation and Performance Management Evaluation of staff and their respective supervisors
  • Provide administrative support to the project’s human resources department in coordination with the HR manual
  • Follow up with Health Insurance company representative’s regarding employee’s health claim reimbursement.
  • Support Human Resources Manager and/or Operations Coordinator
  • Assist in the recruitment process as and when required
  • Other duties as assigned by the supervisor

 Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in human resources administration, administrative and financial procedures and internal controls.
  •  Relevant experience working on USAID contract in a related role is highly preferred
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office suite) required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
  • English language fluency required
